OBI Systems provides IT services including web development, mobile application development, graphics & design, cloud & DevOps, custom software development, and Bitrix24 implementation. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of OBI Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by Romanian and international intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a completed project, all deliverables and source code produced for that project are transferred to the client.
4. User Obligations
