The Challenge
The client was running their logistics operations across five disconnected systems — Excel for inventory, a legacy DOS application for invoicing, paper-based pick lists in the warehouse, GPS units with no software integration, and email-based order intake. Data duplication was rampant, errors were frequent, and the management team had no real-time visibility into operations. They were losing contracts to competitors who could provide live tracking and automated reporting.
Our Approach
Conducted a 3-week discovery phase — shadowing warehouse staff, dispatchers, and drivers to map every process before writing a line of code
